Damages for 'alleged .negligence and breech? of a. sliare-milking agreement totalling £775 were claimed; by William .Net-on, of Auckland, against Frank Thompson Irvine, a. farmer, of Orini in the Supreme Court. It, was announced to-day that a settlement had been effected, whereby defendant consented to judgment for £125 and costs, £SO.
