MOTOR CYCL v. CAR
MAN HURT IN COLLISION (Per Press Association) Dunedin, Sept. G. While riding a motor cycle along Wilkie road last night Edward Garchow was struck by a motor ear, receiving injuries to his head and a fracture of both legs. As a sequel, David Andrews pleaded not guilty in the Police Court to being intoxicated while in charge of a car and was remanded on hail to October 18. Mr Ga-r'cllow’s condition is fairly serious.
