Owing to lack of training facilities for secondary school teachers, the Auckland Education Board is experiencing difficulty in securing teachers to fill positions at country high schools. The cliairmam, Mr A. Burns, yesterday stresUcd the need for a model secondary school at the .Training College. The seconadry schools of Auckland had been tusked to -consider''allowing trainees to enter their institutions for observation 'purposes, but the Seddou Memorial Technical College was the only one to agree.
