TO THE OPTIONAL. CLAUSE (Aust and N.Z. Cable) (Received 10.30 a.rn.) Ottawa, June 25. An intimation m the London despatches that the British Government is negotiating with the Dominions in regard to signing ah optional clause m statute of the Permanent Court of International Justice recalls the fact that Canada several months ago announced a desire, to adhere, to this clause.
