A Supreme Court judgment was given, this morning in a elaim by iDavid. B'uick against the Department for £4400 for six acres of land taken, plus depreciation of the balance of 'the farm in connection with the railway deviation at Pal mors lon North.
The Court awarded the plaintiff £2039 and ordered that the Department should build a road giving improved access to the! farm.
