The Commonwealth Navigation Department has signed on a full, crew for the lighthouse steamer, Cape York, on which, the former crew struck work. The new crew has signed on as Federal public servants. The waterside workers on Saturday refused to supply labour to work the ship. The department thereupon signed on thp crew, who worked the cargo under police protection. The Seamen’s Union has declared both the ship and the wharf blare.
