BIRD OF PASSAGE CONVICTED
When Constable Pike and the borough, nightwatchman were on duty in the business area during the early hours this morning a. man. was discovered in van enclosed yard at tlje rear of Air P. P. Stevens’s mart premises. As he could give no lawful excuse, he was promptly taken into custody.
At the Police Court this morning; before Messrs Jas. Penney and A. J. Gonry. .T’sP., Frank Berry, described as a- bird of passage, a rogue and » vagabond, pleaded guilty, elected to bei dealth with- summarily, and.' was convicted and ordered to come up for sentence if called upon within v he next six months, being advised to move on.
