Tlie wool sales continue active, with brisk competition. Opening rates of series fully maintained for most descriptions with English, and German buyers as tlie principal operators, Amer-ior is also buying. France is competing .but with more rose rye. Demand is less keen for crossbred skirtings. There were some withdrawals of speculators .wool, owing to reserves being too h'gh.
