Tbs man has been unfortunate, but also a bit ioolish, said the District Official Assignee to-dav when reviewing the bankruptcy of H. McCormack , who met his creditors owing £■l77.
“He has had a bad time- allright,’’ said counsel. “He stood to his wife, who was never candid about her Jia. bilites. She borrowed £l-45 from the bankrupt’s mother. A creditor. “He has had three boarding-houses, none of which has been successful, t thiqk that he has been misled and overwrought by bis wife.” No resolution was passed as there was no quorum.
