The Lord Chamberlain has refused to grant a reprieve to Rowlands and Driscoll.
THE CRIME THEY COMMITTED Three m«n were found guilty of the murder of David Lewis, a Welsh representative footballer. It was alleged that they held liis arms and cut liis. throat. A recent cablegram stated that one of the condemned men had gone .mad and would be conimeid in an asylum.
