Apropos of this, the Rev„ Thus. Miller preached a special sermon in St.. Paul’s Church yesterday morning reviewing the. history of the movement since Sir Boerf Stout caused the withdrawal of; the Bible from the schools of New Zealand and tie referred to previous plebiscites in other parts of the Dominion in which majorities ol; both teachers and parents favoured the restoration of Bible readings in schools.
