POEM WRITTEN IN BLOOD
IJIS SUICIDE FOLLOWS (Aust, and N.Z. Cable). Moscow, Dec. 23. Leaving a last poem written in blood, Sergucy Esseniu, who married Isadora Duncan, the Russian dancer, committed suicide at Leningrad. Ilis death recalls the ocandal in a Paris hotel, where Essonin, who was always of a nervous and eccentric temperament, smashed tbu entire furniture of their suite during periodic fits of rage.
