CYCLISTS INJURED
SENT TOTHILHOSPITAL. (Press Association Telegram). Duiiedin, Decembe r 29. Competing in the mile professional cycle championship on the Caledonian ground yesterday afternoon, : Clarence Parker (New : Plymouth),* .aged • 19 years, and John Henderson (Christchurch), aged 22 years, met with severe injuries through falling front their bicycles.
• Parker i s suffering front injuries to his back and shoulder, while’ Hendef" son has ’ injuries to his Stomach and ). -The men were-admitted to the hospital at 4.10 p.nt. lor treatment. It was reported last night that the injuries to both men were' not likely to prove of a serious nature-
