LITIGATION ENDED

HENDON AERODROME SOLD. (Aust. and N.Z. Cable.) London, December 28. The Government has purchased from Mr Claude Grahame White, aviator and aeronautical engineer, most of his property at Hen den, including the aerodrome. The price is stated to he about £BOO,OOO. The bargain made by Air Grahame White Cuds his dispute with the Treasury, which has been protracted since the Armistice. Hq manufactured war aeroplanes on a most extensive scale, necessitating the borrowing of about £380,000 from the'Government. This, however, was subject to big counter-claims in respect to the war aeroplanes and other expenses .Finally Mr ' Grahame White issued a writ against the' Government which is terminated by the present settlement.
