Flesh tints supply the majority ol demands for wear with light summer frocks, for white stockings are no longer in vogue, except, of course, for wear with tennis rig. and too flesh tints in dark and light shades will go with practically any colour. The new colours ipe.,curious shade* o! beige, tinged with mandarin or rose and noisette. Uu n metal grey, champagne, and all sliades ol rather bright fawn are worn with shoes to match. When it comes to slices, simple forms which arc always in good taste vie with open work designs that look as though they owe their inspiration to the lovely tracery of Italian metal work. Narrower toes are coining into fashion, and tho perfeelly plain shoe in patent leather, antelope, brown, beige, or champagne kid or glace is more fashionable than the one-strap shoe.
