The main body of the UritisVi relegates to tho Empire Press Congress arrived in Quebec yesterday headed by Lord ftamham, others being Sir Elmslcy Carr. Sir fL'rank Newnes and Sir "William Davies. With a number of newspaper men the party will said from Vancouver later in the month for New Zealand.
Aftod a brief stay in Montreal the Press Congress delegates ontra-n for Winnipeg. Brief stops will he made at Banff Lake Louise, Van-, couver and Victoria.
