Two indictments have been returned, the first charging Fall and
Sinclair with conspiring to lease the Teapot Dome naval oil reserves wihout competitive bidding, and the second charging Fall and Dohony with the same offence regarding the California reserves. The Government has apparently dropped the bribery accusation against Fall and Dobeny. There is no indictment against Doheny’s son, Edward, who was formerly indicted.
