Miss AlcCorquiiidale, who was given away hv her lather, made a beautiful bride iij,,ji lovely though simple frock of French i georgette, daintily knife pleated oil to a silk lace yoke, with a girdle of white satin ribbon and orange blossoms. The band embroidered veil formed a train. She was attended by her two sisters af» bridesmaids. Afiss Dot AlcCorquindale, as chief bridesmaid, wore a pretty dress of apricot crepe de chine and a black hat with long black streamers, iie Afiss Beryl McCorquindale, wore a dainty frock of pink crepe, de chine and black nat with pink streamers. Mr Herbert J. Mabbett, . of Pevonport, acted as best man, and the Rev. (leorge \Y. Lochore was the oHiciatingj minister. .ofter the wedding ceremony Air and Airs AlcCorquindale held a reception in, the Kensington tea rooms, where the wedding breakfast was hold. and the usual toasts were enthusiastically honoured. Air and Airs Strawbridge left later for Kawau Island, where the honeymoon was spotlit. Their future home will he in Pevoii- !"»'<• • life -
