Reform League- is described as the most enthusiastic ever held. It was fully representative, 111 delegates having signed their names. The Hon. Coates was congratulated and cheered to the. echo. Delegates addressed the meeting and a. resolution which pledged the meeting to support the Hon. Coates a;s Icjuler was carried amidst cheers. A resolution congratulated Air James, secretary of the League, on tlie spendid work he had done on behalf of the party. Whatever the caucus lias done was fully approved, but tbe question of fusion was not discussed as a specific issue. A resolution of appreciation of the solid, work of Air Alassey and regret at bis death and sympathy with the widow and family and relatives was passed.
