The Riga, correspondent of the Times says: Believing that British Labourite extremists forced Mr Ramsay MacDonald into signing the Russian agreement, the Soviet has now summoned thorn to ihwarfc the British and Oriental Policy. He adds: Moscow has initiated a violent anti-Bri-tish campaign', alleging that the day following Mr MacDonald’s signature British colonial diplomacy, without warning, exploded a mine in Afghanistan. Official organs allege that British agents are working there against Russian interests. The newspaper Invest:a declares that Russia promises support lor all Eastern peoples who strive for complete independence culminating in Soviet republics- in Eastern countries, including India.
