The State Governments of Victoria, New South Wales, and South Australia are taking action for the repeal of the registration of the Public Servants' Association under the Commonwealth Arbitration Act as an industrial body of employees. One of the grounds of the action is that members are. employed by the King, and are not engaged in any industry.
