Miillan, captain, of the Oxford crew in the boat race against Cambridge on Saturday, was charged at Bow .Sireel with being drunk and disorderly. He pleaded that lie was really more disorderly than, drunk. The Bench dismissed him upon payment of a doctor's fee of half a guinea.
