Andre Savons, a weli-known banker, says: Although German capital abroad is officially estimated at 2231 million gold marks, the amount must be at least 4000 million. The Deutsche Bank alone had 20,000 American accounts open at the middle of 1922. M. Snyous personally estimates German capital in forein countries at 12,000 million old marks, of which 00 per cent.
