CONDITION SERIOUS

The condition oi Doris .Brown, aged 17, who was shot m the noun by Stanley Sheen at a homestead at Mount Horeh, near Gundagai, where they were both employed, is serious. Sheen, who committed suicide, laid been, drinking heavily. It i.s stated that he left a letter declaring that lie was madly in love with Miss Brown, who would have nothing to do with him. .He also left his will and his ~.e insurance in her favour.
Before shooting 'h Tin self, Sheen threatened to shoot a young lady who was a visitor at the station. He fired two shots through her bedroom door.
