ONE MONTH FOR ASSAULT
« *dfl»« —-————■ Messrs TO. Goodbehere and .J. YV. Bramwell J.'s.P., sat on the bench this morning and heard a charge of assault upon W. J. Corn foot, at Parorangi, on Saturday, laid against a bird of passage, Claude Marmont. ITo was sentenced to one month's imprisonment in .Wanganui gaol.
