JUDGMENT AGAINST A WIDOW. At Morrinsville the liability of a person accepting an- article for contemplated purchase on week’s trial was defined by Mr J. H. Salmon, S.M. Wake took the cow and calf to Mrs Brass who accepted purchase for the amount claimed on a week’s trial. Defendant said she did not know plaintiffs address, and could not let him know that she did not want the cow after the expiration of a week.
