WEDDING

BOOTH—FOUNTAIN BARBER

A wedding was solemnised at All Saints Church, Sumner (Clrcli), last Wednesday, the Rev. E. C. W. Powell officiating, Annie daughter of Miami Airs Foutain-Barber, being married to Walter, son of Air and Airs H. J. Booth, Kinibolton Road, Feihling.

The bride, who was given away bv her father, wore a frock of white union over satin, the overdress beiug ornamented with pearls _ and silver trimming. An embroidered tulle veil, bold in place by orange blossoms, white shoes and stockings, and a bouquet of froesias and maidenhair fern, completed a charming toilette. She was attended by two bridesmaids —her sister, Afiss Esther FountainBarber, and Aliss Edith Booth, sister of tlio bridegroom. The former wore a pretty frock of primrose crepe do chine, and a black panne velvet hat, and carried a posy of yellow primroses. Miss Booth chose an uncommon frock of eau do nil lnnrocain, the sleeves beiug -of white georgette. AVitli this was worn a black panne velvet and lace luit, and she carried a bouquet of violets and yellow violas. Air Robert Fountain-Barber, brother of the bride, was best man, and Mr Stanley Nicholson was the groomsman. As tlio bride entered the church, her sister, ATiss Ray Fountain-Bar-ber, played “The Voice That Breathed O’er Eden.” The church was decorated with white flowers and ferns by friends of tlio bride, and a wedding bell of white roses was suspended over the bridal party at tlio altar steps. After the ceremony, the quest were received at the Cadeua lea Rooms at Sumner by Mr and Airs FountainBarber. The latter wore a frock of black silk, relieved with panne velvet, tlio sleeves being silver grey radium lace. Her hat was of black panne velvet, and she carried a. bouquet of frccsias. Airs Booth, the bridegroom’s mother, wore a frock of navy cliarmeuse and navy radium lace,. her hat benig navy with floral trimmings. Her bouquet was composed of violets and asparagus fern.
