Beet Sugar Enterprise.
At a special meeting of. ICaiapoi (Canterbury) business men interested in the extraction of sugar from New Zealand-grown beet, Mr J. S. T'ulloch delivered a brief address upon the “Beet Sugar Enterprise.” lie stressed the advantages to the whole community of the growing of sugar beet, and Healt with the various phases of the enterprise. In view of the decision of the Minister of Industries and Commerce to refer the matter to a special Committee of the House, the Canterbury Industrial Association has arranged Tor Mr Tulloch to deliver a public address upon jhe “Beet Sugar Enterprise/'
