L. AND M. FEILDING SALE. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., Feilding, . report:— At Feilding on Friday a small yard.ing of sheep and a very largo yarding of cattle came forward. Fat sheep were, slightly easier, hut stores sold well at recent rates. A large entry of dairy cattle made competition slack in the dairy pens. Fat cattle showed a further declino in price. Store.. cattle, particularly young stock, sold readily at recent prices. Light fat wethers 22s lid, heavy fat ewes 17s lOd, fair fat ewes 15s Id, 16s 6d to 16s lid, fat lambs 17s, 18s 3d to 20s, fat bullocks £4 17s 6d, £5 Is to £5 15s, fat bullocks, light £4 3s to £4 10s, fat cows, good to £4 10s, fat cows, light £2 15s to £3, 2j-year steers £3 lie, 2-year steers £2 7s to £2 9s Gd, 2-year Jersey steers 24s to 335, Jersey cross weaner heifers £2 to £2 Is, dairy cows 5s to 7s, aged and backward £3 to £5.
