ISSUE OF NEW SHARES. By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.-, (Aust. and N.Z. Cable? Association. London, May 17. The National Bank of New Zealand is issuing the first hundred thousand of its new shares at £7 10s each, of which £2 10s is called up. The price of the issue is 90, and it is offered shareholders in the proportion of ono new share to every four held. Premium shares will be carried to reserve fund.
