Mr P. Levi lias been re-elected chairman of the Victoria College Council. Mr P. Praser, M.P., for Wellington Central, who has heen indisposed for the past fortnight, is still confined to his home, and, acting under advice, will not venture out for another fortnight. ' Dr. R. J.
