PRINCE SAILS FROM MANILA.

The Prince of Wales at mid-day motored to tho Naval establishment at Cavite and lunched with the senior naval officer of the Islands. The bruise of his eye is healing satisfactorily. He witnessed several games of polo during the afternoon, but refrained from playing, owing to the excessive .heat, than to Saturday's mishap. He then sailed by the Renown to Labuan, where ho is due oh Wednesday.
