DEATH PENALTY ASKED

A Chicago message states that the prosecution will demand tho imposition of the death penalty -on eight prominent Labour leaders who are indicted, for murder as the result of tho recent dynamiting incidents. Thoy are not charged with the actual commission of the crime, hut with inciting others to riot, resulting in killings.
