TROTSKY ACCUSED

Sliliaf and Nikoff, leaders of the workers’ opposition at Moscow, accused Trotsky of appropriating for his own use 30 million gold roubles at the 11th Congress of Communists. Trotsky and Zinovieff advocated Seliliaf and (Nikoll’s expulsion from the party on the grounds of their attacks against the Soviet bureaucracy. Trotsky’s reply to the charge is awaited with interest in Moscow.
