With regard to the Arbitration Court's order in the '"oal mines award 't u important'to note that this, order has no effect whatever on the general issue of wage reduction now before the Court in - Wellington, being merely an order giving legal effect. to a special provision in the coal mines awards six months ago, whereby a revision of wages is to be made upon statistical information which the Court has received from the Government Statistician, and announced in the order now made.
