JAPAN AND CHITA.
STATE OE WAR PROCLAIMED. (By Electric (jafclu—Copyright.) fAust. and N.Z. Cable Association. Tokio, April 27. Advices from Chita state that General Senshelf, the new commander of the Red forces, has proclaimed a state of war between Chita and Japan, owing to Japanese troops invading the '■buffer zone" and advancing upon Iman. Clashes occurred between the Japanese and Reels at Menohanmcnka, in which the latter lost 30 men and two guns.
