NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of ii'eiiding proposes to raise a Special Loan as hereinafter set forth under the provisions of the "Local Bodies Loans Act, ldl'<i" and "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908," and their respective amendments: — 1. The purposes for which t.ho said loan is to be raised is as follows : Construction of bridges at Beattie street, Warwick street, and Duke street. 2. The sum proposed to be borrowed for such purpose is £o'soo. 3.. The security for the repayment of such loan and the interest and sinking fund shall be at a Special Rate of Nine thirtysoconds of a penny (9-32nds) in the pound upon the Rateable Value of all Rateable Property within the Borough of Feildiug, and the said loan is to be for a period of 364 years and the interest not more than 5i per centum per annum, and sinking fund at not more than 1 per cent, per annum. 4. It is proposed to pay out of the said loan the cost of raising the loan and the first year's interest and sinking fund thereon A. E. WILSON, Town Clerk. Feilding, October 16, 1920.
