PEACE IMMINENT IN CHINA

The split (details of which were cabled yesterday) resulted in a rapprochement between the Northern and the Canton Governments. The Peace Conference is expected to open immediately. MORE SHORTAGE OF WHEAT. Buenos Ayres, June 7. A decree has been issued temporarily suspending the export of wheat.
