FIDELITY CARDS.

' The inhabitants of Alsace-Lorraine ;ire being supplied with identity cards, says Iho Paris press, and these cards vary in accordance with the degree of fidelity to France of each holder. Card A is given to those who havoj never shown any complaisance to-u-ards the Germans,, and whose sous, have not voluntarily engaged in the imperial Army. j Card B is given to those who have acted although not in opposition to (lie Germans, yet with circumspection.
