The War Office is considering a suggestion to relieve Archangel by air. A military expert states that a plr'a.ct:icully unlimited reserve of aviators is available.
Four hundred machines could be Bent with formidable effect, as the Bolsheviks are very susceptible to air-bombing owing to the low morale. Many R.A.F. men would be delighted with the opportunity to join the expedition.
