Erzebergcr hits sent a Koto to Mardial Foch complaining that the Poles contemplate an attack on Germany at Poser), aud are massing troops on the frontier. Frzeberger hints that Germany may be compelled to take counter measures, and also to refuse further facilities for tho transport of Polish troops from the west. It is reported that the German Government is mobilising troops in Northern Silesia.
