AN URGENT MATTER ' (Aus.-N.Z. Cable Association.) (Received May 3, 1 p.m.) London, April 30. Brussels messages emphasise the urgency of tho restoration of Belgium's industries. Outside assistance is stated to be imperative. Tbe Premier of Belgium, who returned from Paris, stated that Belgium's reparation would appear in the Peace Treaty, but they could not expect immediate payment. The Senate decided to appeal to Britain and tho Allied Parliaments to redeem the promises of prompt and complete reparation.
