DEMANDS IN WELLINGTON

A 3top work meeting of the members of the wool section of the Wellington United Storemen's Union was held to discuss questions of increased rates of pay, overtime pay, and other concessions. The outcome of the meeting is that the union is desirous for another conference with the Brokers' Association. The latter is agreeable to some of the men's demands, but declines others.
