GOMPERS ON LABOUR ISSUES.
INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION

Washington, November 30. Mr Sam. Gompers, President of the American Federation of Labour, is heading the American delegates to the Paris International Labour Conference. He announces that he hopes to establish an International Labour Federation, with subsidiaries in every mercantile and manufacturing country of the world, uniting the workers everywhere in the same manner as in the United States and Canada.
