Wellington, Nov. 9. The High Commissioner cabled from London at 5.50 p.m. yesterday : The German plenipotentiaries received the armistice conditions on Friday morning. They must be accepted or refused Avithin 72 hours.

A German proposal for an immediate provisional suspension of hostilities was rejected by Marshal Foch.

A courier has proceeded to Spa (AA*herc the Kaiser is waiting) with the armistice conditions.

The German delegation for the conclusion of an armistice consists of Erzeberger, Count Oderndorf (formerly Ambasador at Sofia), and Generals yon Guendell and yon Winterfeld.
