To-day the sunshine is glorious, witii a very slight cool breeze. LAST NIGHT'S FORECAST. Cloudy and unsettled weather has predominated, and rain has fallen in the northern and southernmost districts and on all western coasts. Tho barometer has been unsteady, and strong westerly winds have ruled. Present indications are for moderate to strong north-Avcst to southwest Avinds arid cold, changeable and showery weather generally, the barometer unsteady Avith a rising tendency soon. TO-DAY'S FORECAST. Expect Avesterlv Avinds. moderate to .strong and veering by AY. to N., then freshening. Expect dull weather with much mist and fog in pjarts. Rain probable soon, for a storm appears to be approaching from the north.
