TO-MORROW'S COURT.
Only a short civil list has been set down for hearing at to-morrow's sitting of the S.M. Court in Feilding, but there is a lengthy string of criminal and quasi-criminal cases. Six alleged breaches of the Factories Act, in the way of keeping shops open during prohibited hours, are to be heard. Chinese aro interested parties in these cases. Four residents will also be charged with breaches of tho borough by-laws.
