A German official message says: The Kaiser lias accepted the resignation of Dr. yon Bethmann-Hollweg as Chancellor and has appointed Dr. Michaelis, Under-Secretary of Finance and Prussian Commissioner of Food Control, to the position, which is the Premiership of Germany. AUSTRIAN INTERFERENCE. (Received July 16, 9.5 a.m.) Amsterdam, July 15. The .Lokal Anzeiger has been suspended for declaring that Yon Hollweg's retention is due to interference from Vienna, the Austrians not desiring, Yon Buelow. The Lokal Anzeiger declared that the Austrian Government must not interfere with Germany's internal affairs. "Count yon Buelow is the only man able to extricate Germany from the ditch wherein Yon Hollweg has plunged her." THE POPE INTERVENES. The Zeitung learns from an authoritative source that, Herr Erzebergcr's action was due to the Vatican's requests. The Pope is anxious to be a peace mediator. BERLIN CONFIRMS IT.
