The British National Socialist Party declined the Workmen's arid Soldiers' invitation to attend the international conference on tho grounds that tlie conference would bo attended by enemy Socialists who supported attacks on Belgium, France, Serbia, and Russia, and still justify the German atrocities. The conference, they add, cannot serve the cause of peace or of Socialism while the German armies are still in possession of the invaded territories.
