REMANDED TO FEILDING.
Wilfred Gregor Gibson MacKinnon, wearing (be King's uniform, appeared iv the dock at the Wellington Magisfrate's Court yesterday morning -lo answer the following charges: (1) That, being already married to Ada Blanch Moldrum, lie did go through a form of marriage with Te Ahau Hohipuhu at Otaki ■on March 31. '1915; (2) on or about April 29, 1915, af Feilding, did commit theft of £10< 10s, the property of Messrs Waekrill and Stewart; (3) on February va, 1916, at Timaru, did force the name of Robert Marshall to a cheque for £1 10s on the Bank of Now South Wales, Invercargill, and utter the same to Robert Hawkey. On the application of the police, the accused was remanded to appear at Feilding in respect of the second charge. On the oilier charge.s he was remanded fill 22nd insfc.
